Senior leadership seems to actually care about employees. Navigating the pandemic was difficult, but they did the best they could to keep people working safely. Mid and upper management team has many

Cons

Pay can fluctuate due to ever changing inventory levels at car dealers. Advancement can be difficult if you are unable to relocate.

    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dealer Specialties (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2020

    Interview

I first spoke with a recruiter over the phone who asked some general questions and allowed me to ask questions. She was very nice and professional. She had a nice response time when I would reach out to her. Next, I had a video interview with the hiring manager and that went well. It was pretty casual and not intimidating at all. The 3rd and final interview was with a forum style with three people. The hiring manager, department lead, and another team member. All were very nice and made me feel welcome while there. I did get an offer, but declined. After further consideration determined it was not a drive I could make everyday with having small kids and such.
