Failing market. So it couldn't have survived
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dealfind (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in August 2011.
Standard process - quick phone interview led to meeting with the Sales manager at the Toronto offices. Basic questions - why are you right for the position, etc.
Culture didn't seem too exciting - was a large open floor plan office with a combined sales, customer service and management.
This company has a horrible reputation in the daily deal industry; they screw over their own customers but most importantly, the businesses that they partner with.
All DealFind cares about is making money - they don't care about their reputation, their employees or their partners. STAY AWAY
Reasons for Declining
At the time - base was only 30k - it has now jumped to 40k but still not worth it.
Finger print ID scanner on main door to the call center area signs you in and out of your "timecard" and calculates how many breaks, how long your lunch is, etc.
