I have been working at Decision Research as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy to work with, and very educational. Building their web apps, I've learned a lot about the work they do.

    Cons

No real downside to doing contract work for them. Great people!

    Advice to Management

As a contractor, I don't have any particular managerial relationship with Decision Research, but they seem very well managed from the outside.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Decision Research (Eugene, OR) in August 2012.

    Interview

As a contractor, the interview was mostly a quick discussion covering the possible technical solutions. They already knew I would be capable of performing the task, as I was recommended by a previous associate.

    Interview Questions

    • They were looking for computer expertise, so they asked what the best solution would be for replacing/upgrading a tool that had been spreadsheet-based.   1 Answer
