Pros

Allowed me to take long term military leave that allowed greater flexibility for childcare and telework. Program manager is actively engaging with me while on leave to ensure I can return to my job.

Cons

Maintaining a TS/SCI security clearance can be hard if you have foreign close relatives.

Advice to Management

Please continue to be empathetic to working parents during covid 19. There are no good answers for us, despite doing our best, a full 8 hour day is tough to pull off when day care or school is not
