I worked at Decker Truck Line full-time (More than 10 years)
great co-workers as we all were in the same boat. We were able to vent to one another to release the steam
the benefits are really expensive and were really killing my paycheck. We fought hard for the drivers but our hands were tied due to management.
Advice to Management
get back to the days when you were loyle to youre employees. Also get health insurance that is actually good for the employees
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Decker Truck Line.
Everyone was very friendly and nice at the fort dodge terminal. They are welcoming and warm, but the company has a history of not paying well. It would be a great company to work at if they were willing to pay market wages.
