Great compensation; commission-based. Lots of independence, sunlight and exercise. You get to meet tons of awesome people.
Pretty steep learning curve for a new truck driver. Driving for hours at a time can be hard on your back. Your income can vary depending on the season (people drinking less water means you make less money). Customers can be unreasonable at times.
Advice to Management
Look into ways to improve communication between customers, the help desk and the RSRs. 90% of the problems I ran into with customers were a direct result of a breakdown in communication.

We met at a restaurant in my area, and he was very nice. However all of the former management that was there when I worked there are gone as far as I know
