I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Degreed (United States) in May 2022
Interview
Had a screening call after a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn (had to remind her that I had responded positively to scheduling a time to talk). We chatted and she said she would follow up with scheduling an interview with the hiring manager. Then I didn't hear from her for weeks. Followed up and turns out she had left and they filled the job. Weeks later they followed back up for another posting, but the new recruiter missed our call twice. As a last straw, when I finally spoke to the hiring manager, they were incredibly condescending and pushy. I declined moving forward - I was astounded and disappointed because this seems like such a great company culture from their LinkedIn page.Typical behavioral interview questions but also whether I was interviewing with other companies and what would it get me to say yes if all else equaled with salary. I thought that was odd so early on.
