    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Del Monte Pacific in February 2009.

    Interview

I emailed my resume to the recruitment email. They called me the next day for my first interview. I had an interview with 2 senior finance managers. They asked me questions about my past experiences in college and gave me a case question as well. After 2 weeks, they contacted me for a second interview with another Senior Manager and the CFO. Again, interviews were based on past experiences. They called me for a job offer 3 days after.
