    I have been working at Dell full-time (More than a year)


    Focus on work/life balance, with a supportive team atmosphere that foster trust to makes you feel like if you take time off you won't be coming back to a large amount of work that just hasn't been completed. It is a very energetic company with a passion to push the boundaries forward and do to truly make the world a better place.


    It's hard to share any negative. I both love my job, love the people I work with and love the challenges that are presented to me every day. If you are not adept to working in a fast pace, highly collaborative and forward thinking company then this is probably not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work and continue with the integration of two remarkable companies to make the largest and best one in the world!

    I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Dell (Irvine, CA).


    Was contacted 3-4 weeks after speaking with Dell recruiters at career fair. Went through a phone interview (HR and behavioral, talk about resume) and then a technical onsite interview (talk about past projects, behavioral, and some technical questions). Overall a good experience! Recruiter and interviewers were very nice.
