I have been working at Delta Hotels (More than a year)

    Pros

Delta Hotels is a GREAT company to work for. Culture, benefits, travel perks. Now that we are a part of Marriott there are many career opportunities.

    Cons

The uncertainty of where the brand will go. There is still job security tho.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. I love working for the company

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Delta Hotels in April 2016.

    Interview

HR phone interview- hiring manager phone interview- Hiring manager & HR skype interview, did not work out on the first day and rescheduled another time ( this part made me very confused, I could travel for interview, but they decided to have a skype one. interview question almost as the same as the first two interviews, and I was told to they will have another two round of interviews with assistant of Hiring manager if I will be selected) I have been interviewed by many companies in Canada, but this is the first time I have a process to be interviewed from top manger to bottom and asked exact the same interview question. However, they did call me to rejected me in couple of days after I sending a follow up email.

Generally, it is not a very happy interview process, i guess they already have a ideal internal candidate before they set up a skype interview instead of asking me to travel for interview which i would love to travel for new opportunity. :(
