I worked at Delta Projects Inc full-time (More than a year)
Former HR Generalist for Delta Projects, Inc. here! Throughout my employment, I had nothing but positive experiences. I had the opportunity to work with some truly caring staff, both from the Field and from the Home Office. Specific to Human Resources, the staff is careful with confidential and sensitive information, displaying a high-level of integrity amongst them. I can safely say that they are consistent and fair within their area of expertise. As for the rest of the Home Office staff, they are friendly and typically bring a positive attitude to work. You often see Home Office staff interacting with the individuals we serve in a positive and polite manner.
In the field, the staff have flexible options for hours. They are allowed to work overtime, within reason, and pick up shifts outside of their normal territory. Overall, very flexible work environment for field staff. Delta Projects, Inc. also provides certifications for their staff (such as Fire Safety, CPR, etc.) that are required to work in the field. The training is located (mostly) in the Home Office, giving Field staff the opportunity to work side-by-side with Home Office staff.
Need to upskill Field staff on technology being rolled out in the Home Office.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Projects Inc (Dedham, MA).
I seen the job posting through indeed and applied. I was contacted by an Delta Projects employee within two weeks asking for a interview. She also asked my desire salary prior to scheduling the interview. When I went in for the interview I met with two people. They were very friendly and provided so much details regarding the job position and benefits.
