I have been working at Delta Projects Inc full-time (More than a year)
DPI has come a long way in the last few years. New management resulting in many positive changes. This company looks out for people who are in the field for the right reasons. Working with individuals with developmental disabilities can ge mentally draining, but they never deny you time off. If you involve yourself DPI will care about keeping you as ang employee. Very small non profit allows the CEO & COO to know you by name. Very focused on the individuals and services they provide.
Small company, resulting in a lot of gossip. Upper management needs work with communication. Lacks basic training for new coordinators. DRS position is chaotic resulting in huge turnover of coordinators.
Advice to Management
Work on consistency with training. Stop barking orders and develop universal systems within all the houses. Pay people for on call weeks!!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Projects Inc (Dedham, MA).
I seen the job posting through indeed and applied. I was contacted by an Delta Projects employee within two weeks asking for a interview. She also asked my desire salary prior to scheduling the interview. When I went in for the interview I met with two people. They were very friendly and provided so much details regarding the job position and benefits.
