I worked at Delta Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company - solid leadership, great working environment, great vision for the future of the company - never mind the amazing benefits (yes this is an actual alumni writing this, not someone from HR...). would go back there in a heartbeat.

    Cons

Raises/bonuses can be slim for senior folks, so - when you hire on, ask for what you deserve, and know that's generally where you will be at. The more junior you are, the more room management has to reward you. Additionally, internal moves can be tricky: program managers can be VERY territorial with their employees, sometimes to the detriment of the employee/company.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work - more MBWA wouldn't hurt. some of the PMs get that, others don't.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Resources (Washington, DC) in May 2016.

    Interview

Interview process was great. After a phone interview, I was offered a job and a contract was emailed to me. Before accepting, I asked to come in to see the office and meet my coworkers. During this meeting, I was able to ask a lot of questions and get a feel for the office.
