I have been working at Demag Cranes full-time (More than 10 years)
Good salary , benefits, better for some, worse for others. Management is a fumbling , heels dug in, do not know how to change machine
I think anyone, after a short time there, would wonder why Terex would give upper management the reins to run this company
Advice to Management
Stop the war between union/ and salaried employees , this company is not the military, time to get people who know how to run a company take over, not a happy place most of the time
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Demag Cranes (Pune (India)) in March 2013.
Interview process in Demag is less complex as compared to other organizations.
There will be only one technical round of discussion with department head. Once this round is cleared, HR will have negotiation with candidate over compensation.
