Advice to Management
Need to focus on the product.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DemandFarm.
We got shortlisted based on cocubes score. On cocubes they told us to take only two rounds but reality is different.
First round offline programming test.
Second round technical interview
