There should be more warnings or conversations before dismissing employees and more transparency about those decisions to the rest of the employees
Other than that keep up the good work, it's an amazing company with great people who care about Demandbase and each other
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Demandbase (San Francisco, CA) in October 2017.
Brief and to the point. I had one phone screen and one onsite. I did however go through a recruiter so I feel that must have shorten the process. Everything was done in a very quick manner - which made for a good experience, no dragging of the feet.
