Mission: Every hour of every day we bring friends, family and communities together by serving up classic, affordable comfort food in a warm, embracing, come as you are environment. We will accomplish this by unwavering commitment to our Guiding Principles.
Our team members represented the brand by attending the Mayor's Unity Breakfast in Spartanburg. The event kicked off the city's Unity Week Celebration that promotes diversity and honors Martin Luther King Jr.
Through the end of January, every guest that creates an account and places an online or mobile order through "Denny's on Demand" will receive a complimentary Build Your Own Grand Slam to enjoy with their next order on the platform.
Employees are the face of our brand, and we invest in their growth and development.
Take a peek into just a few of the career opportunities Denny's has to offer.
It is Denny’s strong belief that America’s diversity is one of the greatest assets in this global economy. As a commitment to this belief, Denny’s has implemented diversity initiatives in many different areas of the company’s operations. As of 2015, minorities make up 64.1% of Denny's total workforce, and 45% of our total restaurants are minority owned. Since the inauguration of Denny’s Supplier Diversity Initiative in 1993, the company has spent over $1.6 billion with minority and women owned business enterprises.
Our Denny’s family is our most important asset. We trust, support, and respect each other and work together for the greater good. We recognize the contributions of all and empower each and every one of us to achieve great things. Together, we will celebrate our successes and have fun doing it.
Creating growth opportunities for our employers, franchisees and communities we serve.
We have positions for everyone, and even outside the Diner.
We’re always seeking talented individuals to join the team in our home office too. To keep our operations running smoothly we have dedicated teams across all of the departments listed below.

Great place to work for
The late night hours can get rough
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Denny's (San Antonio, TX) in December 2017.
I met with the GM and RM both were very professional. The interview was what you would expect and I never felt uncomfortable or suprised by the questions asked.
