Citizenship Initiatives

We support the Special Olympics and Missions of Mercy that help thousands get the dental care they need. We walk to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer. We visit local schools to engage kids with fun facts about healthy mouths through donated books. Fall: Our annual Mission Month

At DentaQuest, we all get excited when Fall rolls around. Across just one month, our teams contribute more than 2,700 hours in volunteer service to a range of organizations. For instance, we revitalize community gardens at local elementary schools, enhance temporary housing for families with sick children, and write letters and cards to U.S. troops stationed around the world.

    I have been working at DentaQuest full-time (More than a year)


    Positive environment - people seem happy to work here. I think a lot of employees really take the mission and values to heart, and work everyday to keep our customers safe, and improve availability of oral health to those who wouldn't otherwise have it.

    Leadership is working on increasing transparency to keep the whole company involved in changes.

    If you work hard, your commitment is appreciated and rewarded. Management really appreciates their employees, and show that whenever possible.


    Technology is a little behind. However, the IT team is working very hard to get our teams on updated and integrated systems.

    Not everyone communicates in the same way - sometimes meetings and chats are difficult because some teams or people don't utilize the technology we have available.

    There are not a lot of opportunities to get to know coworkers outside of work. There are a lot of opportunities to meet and mingle in the office, but once or twice a year getting out and doing something different would be nice.

    Advice to Management

    Continue being open with your teams, and allow them to be transparent with their teams. Employees are more motivated when they know what they are working toward and when they feel like they are real part of the team.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DentaQuest (Milwaukee, WI) in October 2019.


    I had a phone screening first, interview in person about a week later along with a skills test. I was nervous so I don't think I did well on the assessment at all! They were very nice and made me feel comfortable!
