In 2012, DentaQuest employees contributed 5,000 hours of community service as part of its first community service day, part of a Mission Month. We kept the spirit of community service alive in 2013 during Mission Month activities in October, 2013. Employees in six DentaQuest locations – Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin – volunteered their services with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, the Humane Society, nursing homes and food banks. I have worked for Dentaquest for 10+ years and have had significant professional growth and success. The leadership does a great job of recognizing top performers and collaborates to achieve mutual goals. I completely disagree with the recent negative reviews. It sounds like sour grapes from individuals that were put on notice for poor job performance and attitudes. It has been a two way street - do your job without a sense of entitlement and negativity and you will move forward and enjoy your career/job. Blaming management and the company probably isn't the answer.

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at DentaQuest (Columbia, SC) in May 2017.
I applied two times. The second time, I received an email invitation for a phone screen. I spoke with recruiter and she went over the job details and salary. I was offered an onsite interview with the Customer Service Representative Supervisor. He advised I will hear something back within a week or so. Well, the next day, the recruiter called back and extended an offer. I was excited and shocked at the same time. I was shocked because of the quick response. I am looking forward to contribute to the company.
