. . . that together we are better.

A Solid Foundation For A Successful Future

DentalOne Partners, Inc. was formed in 2008 after two of the nation’s preeminent dental service organizations (DentalCare Partners and DentalOne) were united to create a single organization able to deliver outstanding support and service to dental professionals and patients.

But our roots go even deeper! In 1981, Sears Family Dental was founded in Ohio by Dr. Edward Meckler (who remains an active Board member to this day), establishing the first model of the modern DSO. Eight years later in 1989, DentalWorks was formed in North Carolina. Fast-forward to 1998, when the two growing companies merged to create DentalCare Partners. Are you keeping up? But wait, there’s more; around the same time (1996), across the nation in Texas, Dental One was founded.

By the year 2008, both DentalCare Partners and DentalOne had already achieved enormous success individually.  The combination of the two in 2008 provided greater resources and expertise to pursue a common purpose; to give outstanding dental professionals the best in technical, administrative and marketing support needed to provide patients world-class dental care, while maintaining a successful and profitable practice.

Today, based in our new consolidated headquarters in Plano, TX, DentalOne Partners continues to expand its footprint in the DSO industry.

By continuing to innovate and evolve, DentalOne Partners enables supported clinicians to remain at the forefront of technology and clinical advancements. The company continues to expand and build practices, with plans to open its 200th supported practice by 2018. But no matter how far or how fast we grow, we will never stray from our convictions and our commitment to team members and patients.

I have been working at DentalOne Partners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is my third week with this company andn I truly enjoy this position. When I moved back here, my hometown of Burlington/Mebane. I was worried I would not find a dentist to work for that is compassionate and looks out for the patients best interest. No worries, I found that there are two in this practice and the entire staff are no different!!! This has been refreshing to know that there are people still out there that take the time and care for others. Our office manager signed me up for PV 2020 training and I have already completed that and learned so much, not only about the software, but about DentalOne as well. The courses that are available are giving employees the opportunity to learn other job functions. I am grateful that I have been given this opportunity to work for such a great establishment.

    Cons

There are no cons to report at this time. If anything comes up in the future, I would feel comfortable approaching the team with any questions or concerns.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any advice to give management at this time.

    Instructional Designer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Plano, TX
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (Plano, TX) in September 2017.

    Interview

I feel the interview process was appropriately detailed enough to make sure I was qualified for the position, and that it would be a good fit for both parties. The recruiter was pleasant and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions about the position and the company (which unfortunately, in my experience is not always the case). My in-person interview was a positive experience as well. I appreciated that I was provided with the details of exactly what my position would entail, and I left really hoping I would be selected. Luckily, I was chosen for the job and have been here about 3 weeks, and could not be happier. I feel this interview process exceeded my expectations in regards to the people I interacted with, as well as the amount of time it took for the overall interview process.
