    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deseret Digital Media (Salt Lake City, UT) in November 2016.

    Interview

I had two phone interviews that lasted about 30 minutes each - a cultural interview, and a technical interview covering the basic skills required.

After that I was asked to come in to the office for a 4 hour block, which included six 30-40 minute interviews and lunch provided. Four of the interviews covered technical skills, including conceptual questions and few couple basic tests. Nothing too challenging. The fifth was a panel interview covering soft skills. The final interview was less of an interview and more just a quick chat, thanking me for taking time, and an explanation of what would come next.

I was asked to come in a final time where they extended an offer. From the first phone call to the offer, the entire process took 5 days.
