I worked at Desert Schools FCU full-time (Less than a year)
Coworkers were great. The atmosphere to grow and learn was always open. Members were usually very nice and great to work with.
High turnover rate. There was always at least one teller missing/leaving. Some of the position requirements/responsibilities were unfair. Overall was more work for less pay.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Desert Schools FCU (Gilbert, AZ) in July 2016.
In person and phone interviews, everyone was very friendly. Went in for in person interview, then HR contacted me and then had second interview in person and then HR contacted me again and offer me the job
