I have been working at Desert Springs Hospital full-time (More than a year)

I work around great people, my HR team is the best.

The only downside is that we've been without an HR Director for so long our HR reputation has taken a fall, but now we have a great director that is pulling things together.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Desert Springs Hospital (Las Vegas, NV) in March 2013.

I applied for the job online, and I was brought in, interviewed with the acute lead therapist, rehab lead therapist, and the administrator overseeing all of rehab including nursing aspects.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked a bit about my interests, and were interested in my continuing education goals, what I'd like to do with my career.   Answer Question

There was not any negotiation phase, I was told that HR does a market study each time someone is hired and what they offer me is what they offer me and I can take it or leave it.
