Even do the company has been operating for over 20 years now, there is no corporate feeling, there are some strict guidelines specially with the image/branding of all the products but at the end of the day the company is always looking forward to implement/add new innovative solutions for it's hotel members. The comapny's vision is one of a kind in the hospitality industry. The founder/CEO Claus is an icon when it comes to the real artist in the hospitality industry. Great Management Team in all the brand offices and corporate. Great individuals as well!
Old systems, culture and working ideology = long working hours due to administrative tasks that could be simplified. Business Model is dying, there is no need for this type of companies anymore! there are plenty of alternatives for each and every single services provided by DH. Inexperienced/Amateur employees will slow you down
Advice to Management
Human Capital is the most important asset in a company. Keep the turnover down and hire at a greater expense. The initial investment is greater in the short term but not in the long term. Time is money.
