Interview
The candidate experience and interview process was amazing. I went through the first interview with DesignLab and received a not for a second interview. Unfortunately, I accepted the offer with another company. If I didn’t, I would have done the 2nd interview. The interview was great and I felt like the questions asked were appropriate in getting to know what skills/experiences I can add to the team. I’ve been through other interview with other teams, and it seemed like generic questions like what are your weaknesses? DesignLab laid out the interview process which is great so you know what to expect. Overall, I recommend applying and interviewing for DesignLab.InterviewWhat social media campaign have you worked on that you are most proud of?
