    Pros

    Great career for someone who is passionate about helping women through every stage of pregnancy and nursing. Must be willing to make the customers feel special or you will not succeed.

    Cons

    I loved every moment of working with DMAT. I can't think of any Cons besides wishing they had better raises/pay for all team members.

    I applied in-person. I interviewed at Destination Maternity (Pittsburgh, PA) in April 2017.

    Interview

    After applying in-store for the part time position, I was asked to come in to speak with the manager for an interview. We sat down and she asked me questions about how my prior work experience (retail, creative, & customer service) would benefit me in a store setting as well as store scenarios and how I would handle them. It was a fairly casual interview, a positive flowing conversation just getting to know me and what I hope to gain from a position with the company.
