-One thing I could think of is the firm is lack of company culture and needs to participate more community activities. -The firm should provide more benefits to support career development.
Advice to Management
The company should enhance its culture and value through more activities both inside and out of the office, provide more opportunities for young designers to grow and keep updating them with the newest design skills and techniques.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Development Design Group (Baltimore, MD).
The Interview begins with a pre interview at ddg. You get to walk around the office and see Architect teams working on projects, be it mixed use, huge master planning in areas. DDG architects presentations are out of this world. Great use of graphics, 3 dementional models, renderings. The catalog we use was a work of art even down to the ecologically correct ink and paper.
It was a take it or leave it nine thousand above my current pay as a Trade Specialst but missing the pension as a State Employee.
