A huge shout-out to the Devoted Chicago team, which (on top of their incredible AEP launch!) volunteered as a group today at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, processing 3.5 tons of rice into 5700 meals for distribution to those in need. Team Chicago — God bless, and go Devoted Chicago go!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Devoted Health (Waltham, MA) in May 2022

    Interview

The application process was pretty easy. Because I have over 6 years experience, I am careful not to apply for jobs that I know are going to bring my pay down. Had a very good first interview in which my salary expectations were not an issue. After a week, I get an email saying the max for the job is now $10,000 less than I am making now. Its pretty hard to believe they didn't know the pay grade when they started interviewing. Just feels very slight of hand.
