Mission: We are guided by a deep belief that every person on Medicare should be treated like we would treat a member of our own family: with loving care and a profound commitment to their health and well-being. “What’ll this be like for our members?&rdquo ...
Devoted welcomes 65 New hires to our company on January 30, 2020!
At Devoted Health, we want to make your healthcare easier, more affordable, and a whole lot more caring.
So we started with a simple question. “Is healthcare today — confusing, expensive, impersonal — really the best we can do?”
We say, “Hardly.”
We’re on a mission to change healthcare — how it’s paid for, delivered, experienced. We want to put people center stage, not process or profit. We are guided by a deep belief that every person on Medicare should be treated like we would treat a member of our own family: with loving care and a profound commitment to their health and well-being.
That’s why we’re gathering a whole bunch of smart, big-hearted people to create a new kind of healthcare company — one that combines compassion, health insurance, clinical care, and technology seamlessly.
We want to throw the long ball with people we love for a cause we believe in. Life is short. Join us.
If you love running towards complex challenges and transforming them into solutions, if you want to make a potentially huge impact on many lives, and if you are looking for a disruptive startup with an inspiring and talented team, Devoted Health may be the place for you!
You deserve better. And here's how we’re going to make it happen:
We offer Medicare Advantage plans — and it’s the only thing we're doing. We want to serve those on Medicare with well-coordinated, more attentive healthcare — the kind we want for our own families.
Your care is all about you and your doctor, and we won’t stand in the way. We work to get everyone going in the same direction — one team to get you the seamless care you deserve.
More isn't better. And we only want the best. That's why we've partnered with trusted doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other providers — to make sure you get the right care at the right time.
“How’d you make it so simple?” That’s what we want to hear from our members, time and again. It’s what drives all the tools and services we offer, from new fitness benefits to setting up rides to your doctor.
Coming to Devoted Health was one of the best decisions I have made for my career! I am constantly challenged by those around me, but yet find the environment I work in very rewarding. Being part of the Devoted family is truly special for the love and passion everyone exudes in their work is a reflection of how we will achieve our mission to improve health care in America. It is an honor to be part of such a great company.

- Jimmy J Feliciano, Sales Director at Devoted Health
I have been working at Devoted Health full-time (More than a year)
-- The mission.
It's important, really important... and I can see the impact I'm personally making towards our goal of truly helping our aging loved ones.
-- The people.
Smart, caring, passionate, not judgmental, fun.
-- The benefits.
The benefits tell the story of how much Devoted cares for their employees.
-- The Growth.
There's a ton now and will be for years to come.
-- The locations.
Spacious, open, encourages open thought and transparency.
-- The leadership.
Always approachable, always present, always transparent, always willing to help.
If you lack agility, if forward thinking isn't your style, if you're not open to suggestion, if you work for applause in place of cause, that would be a con.
Advice to Management
Continue to care for each employee as you do, like your own family.
Continue the transparency. It's verbal gold.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Devoted Health (New York, NY) in September 2019.
The process involved a call with the hiring manager and then a 2-hour take home technical assessment. A few days after submitting my work, I received a generic rejection email and no response to my request for feedback. It's a shame to not even be given the courtesy of some feedback after investing that much time in a take home assessment. Extremely disappointing experience.
