Our people are our biggest asset, so we’ve created a culture where our employees come first, and satisfaction is a corporate priority. We are in constant dialogue with our people. A monthly “thermometer” checks employee satisfaction, and we hold bi-annual reviews to establish future goals and discuss career development.
We often hear employees say one of the best things about working for Dexis is its people. Our employees are diverse, collegial and team-focused, and we’re known for our fun, social and inclusive team-building activities and renowned celebrations.
Whether its “bagel Friday,” photo contests, cook-off competitions, kickball games on the National Mall, or our end-of-the-week “wine downs,” we provide opportunities for our employees to get to know each other and have fun, on us.
We are an agile company that adapts to market changes and operates in complex environments throughout the world. We foster resourcefulness in our team so we can nimbly respond to challenges and provide innovative solutions to our clients. Ingenuity has always fueled Dexis’ success, and will secure our future as a successful business.

I have been working at Dexis Consulting Group full-time
Lots of opportunities to learn and try new things, both within my job and in special projects. Really like the new members of senior leadership. Great amount of respect for all colleagues and the expertise they bring to the table. Really like the quarterly State of the Union meetings - particularly the new format where we get to hear from more of senior leadership in addition to the CEO.
None really. I really enjoy my work and colleagues.
Advice to Management
Keep sharing plans for how we will navigate in these turbulent times.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Dexis Consulting Group (Washington, DC) in March 2017.
I received an email asking to set up a quick phone interview and then a few days later an invitation for an in-person interview (via email). Dexis was great about accommodating me and asked if I'd prefer to Skype in as I didn't live in the DC Metro, but I opted for in person. I felt at ease and like I was able to be myself. The questions were all pertaining to my role/ personality. I was able to ask questions and thought I got a good feel for the Dexis culture. It was probably the most conversational interview I've ever had. Idra was great throughout the process, and was really open and communicative :)
