No incentive criteria and always salary delayed .
Owner of the company just always gives lectures on recruitment but never supports you or never try to close any position.
Company always take their back locks and previous year losses to new year and claims on new joinees.
Not refunding the Security Deposits which are taken by candidate's and also not doing the proper F N F with their own employees.
Office Lecture is like a Gujrati Medium School family member's of Owner involve in business without knowing ABCD of consulting Business
Advice to Management
pls grow up . Think for new sunrise and not for past day's ..
Don't give lecture's if u are a leader than prove it ...
and also pls everytime don't calculate its like working in some maths school ..
Develop some Manners & Atticates in yourself and in your company..
