I have been working at Dialog Direct full-time (More than a year)

Whether you are stuck in a rut and need a new start or your new to the job market, more than likely Dialog-Direct will find a place for you. There is also some room for growth. Over the couple years working for DD, I have received both promotions and pay raises. DD has given me the opportunity to grow in confidence, meet some amazing people, and learn to manage/cope with some people that are not so amazing. The company's payed time off is fair (tenure based; starting after 6 months with increases at 1, 5, and 10 years), and while there are lots of complaints for some, the attendance policy is more than fair: 1 unapproved day per (or 6 per 6 months) that drops off after 6 months.

While it is a good place to start, it appears that it is near impossible to raise above lower management. Also, while I see an attempt to make software more efficient/user friendly, if they do not upgrade the hardware, they are spinning their wheels. I have heard employees state that they would pass up a pay raise if they could get a new computer. While I applaud DD's willingness to hire nearly anyone, this results, in some campaigns, a serious lack of professionalism. For benefits, the health care is severely lacking, especially for non-salaried employees.

    Advice to Management

Provide agents the tools that will help them excel. Offer Leads/QAs training/grooming to move to mid-management and promote from within.

    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dialog Direct (Billings, MT) in September 2015.

I received an email regarding the interview which took place as a phone call...I was pretty enthusiastic about the company. Hardest part is filling out 63 documents...I had to convert it into a Microsoft Office format...
