Mission: DialogueDirect develops its candidates into fundraisers with exceptional communication skills, and helps them grow into strong, resilient leaders. Our focus is to encourage personal and professional growth in every member of our team, and foster the development of an elite skill ...
We're looking for dynamic, driven leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit!
What do you look for in a great leader? What separates a leader from a manager?
DialogueDirect is the industry leader in face-to-face and door-to-door fundraising for exceptional non-profit organizations.
Founded in Austria in 1995, DialogueDirect pioneered a novel fundraising approach: donor recruitment through face-to-face communication with the public, in outdoor metro areas and through door-to-door campaigns. Expanding into the U.S. in 2003, DialogueDirect now operates nine campaigns nationwide and two campaigns in Mexico.
Dialogue Direct is part of Generous Global Giving Network (www.geglogi.net) , a leader in the fundraising industry providing services of superior quality to non-profits across the globe.
As the pioneers of face-to-face fundraising, DialogueDirect's fundraisers provide our charity partners with the following services:
Save the Children works in communities in the United States and around the world, making sure children are healthy, nourished, protected and learning. Through our groundbreaking work in child survival, early education and protection, we provide children and their families with a strong foundation for the future.
People, plants and animals around the world depend on healthy lands and waters for survival. That makes protecting natural places in our backyard and across the globe our common cause. The Nature Conservancy plays a vital role. We use science to solve complex conservation challenges. We build collaborative partnerships to implement innovative solutions. We work with local communities to achieve lasting, measurable results. Our goal is to ensure the health and survival of the natural world that sustains us all
ChildFund exists to help deprived, excluded and vulnerable children have the capacity to improve their lives and the opportunity to become young adults, parents and leaders who bring lasting and positive change in their communities. We promote societies whose individuals and institutions participate in valuing, protecting and advancing the worth and rights of children.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) was the first humane society to be established in North America and is, today, one of the largest in the world.
Our organization was founded on the belief that animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatment at the hands of humans and must be protected under the law. Headquartered in New York City, the ASPCA maintains a strong local presence, and with programs that extend our anti-cruelty mission across the country, we are recognized as a national animal welfare organization. We are a privately funded 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, and are proud to boast more than 2 million supporters across the country.
The ASPCA’s mission, as stated by founder Henry Bergh in 1866, is “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.”
Everyone starts entry level, promotions based on merit
All of our Team Leaders, Campaign Managers, City Coordinators, our CEO and our Founder; they all launched their fundraising careers as face-to-face canvassers! As your communication skills and confidence grow, if you demonstrate the drive, time management, and aptitude for training that we need, we will give you the resources you need to build a great team.

Advice to Management
Allow us to also host fundraising events.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DialogueDirect (New York, NY) in November 2017.
Applied online, they reached out to set up a time to call me. Called me 10 minutes late. Had second interview with them, blocked out an ample amount of time in my schedule for that day, and they called me late again, this time 15 minutes past the scheduled interview time. Read other reviews on Glassdoor about this org., was turned off because of this behavior.
