Very much employee friendly firm. Management is very attentive to any employee issues like rate negotiation, preferred projects or locations, etc and gets sorted out quickly. Marketing team is also good and has wide range of clients. Project placement is quick and takes on an average 1 to 3 weeks depending on the employee's preferences. Management really looks for long term relationship with both employees and clients
Not any I can think of. I am with DigiPulse from last 4+ years & worked with 2 separate clients. Didn't find any issues with DigiPulse.
Advice to Management
Just keep maintaining the employee friendly culture of the firm.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Digipulse Technologies in March 2010.
My profile was forwarded by one of the existing employees. Initial discussion to know my expectations was setup over phone. Followed by a technical interview. There was a gap of one week before a client interview was scheduled. The client interview was on Skype. Once I cleared the client interview, I was called again over the phone and offered a job with a precondition that the job will be offered only after the background check is complete. Since I worked in multiple countries, my international background check was conducted. Steps: 1. First HR interview 2. Technical discussion with the Manager 3. Technical Interview with client team 4. Second HR interview 5. Background check 6. Joining the project team
