    I worked at Digipulse Technologies (More than 3 years)


    I have been with Digipulse for close 2+ years and would strongly recommend anyone looking to join the company for Contract/Full time role.


    1, End Clients has good reputation with Digi(company) and most of the time, projects are long term relationship.
    2. Management is very open, communicative and you can reach him anytime if there is an issues. 5* to him.
    3. Due to family reason, I had to change location and employer was always very helpful and listens to my queries.
    4. Salary is always on-time.
    5. GC process can be done and i see most of employees are doing it fine.

    You are responsible for your own success, no hand-holding, but that's not really a con in my opinion.


    Nothing big to complain. One suggestion, Marketing team is not so pro-active at times and could have done much better job.

    Advice to Management

    My 2 cents: Probably a hike yearly once? not possible if its a feasible solution. But this will help maintain employees for longer.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Digipulse Technologies in March 2010.


    My profile was forwarded by one of the existing employees. Initial discussion to know my expectations was setup over phone. Followed by a technical interview. There was a gap of one week before a client interview was scheduled. The client interview was on Skype. Once I cleared the client interview, I was called again over the phone and offered a job with a precondition that the job will be offered only after the background check is complete. Since I worked in multiple countries, my international background check was conducted.

    1. First HR interview
    2. Technical discussion with the Manager
    3. Technical Interview with client team
    4. Second HR interview
    5. Background check
    6. Joining the project team
