We provide expecting parents with paid time off to care for and help acclimate their newly born and/or adopted child(ren) for full-time employees.


DAS offers access to several optional pre-tax programs. Employees are encouraged to participate in our 401k plan which includes company matching. DAS also allows employees to contribute to a commuter benefits program.


DAS recognizes employees who are dedicated to the company and shows appreciation for its team members with extra days off.


The completely confidential EAP program (without needing to participate in our health benefits) is available to all employees and their immediate family members at no cost to them. Services include problem assessment, short-term counseling and referral to appropriate community and private services.


DAS provides life and long-term disability insurance to all full-time employees (without needing to participate in our health benefits), all at no cost to employees.

Employees are eligible for up to 2 weeks of pay for jury duty service. Jury duty pay will be calculated on the employee’s base pay rate times the number of hours the employee would otherwise have worked on the day(s) of absence.


Employees who have exceeded their 90 day robationary period are eligible to receive up to a total of 3 days of paid bereavement leave per year.


DAS is proud to offer assistance to all employees with an option to refinance their loans with our approved partner and when they do receive $300 cash back! For employees that have been with us at least 2 years we also offer up to $150/quarter match funds toward your student loan payments and team leads/managers can receive up to $300/quarter match funds (employees must not be on a PIP and must be employeed for the full quarter to qualify).


DAS provides expecting parents with paid time off to care for and help acclimate their newly born and/or adopted child(ren), this policy applies to full-time employees (working 30 or more hours per week).


DAS covers the monthly membership fees for the Pet Assure program that provides 25% reduction in the cost of veterinary insurance for animals residing at an employee’s home address when using in-network veterinarians. Employees need to have passed their 90 day probationary period, must use the program once a year and pay the application fee to receive this benefit.


In addition to the use of company provided equipment, when employed by DAS you can enjoy full access to MS Office on your personal devices including PCs, Macs, Windows tablets, iPad® and Android™ tablets, and most mobile devices. Each user can install Office on 4 additional PCs or Macs, 5 tablets (Windows, iPad, and Android) and 5 phones.


Employees can receive $250 to $1,000 just for referring someone they feel would be a good fit to join DAS! Payment will be made after your referral successfully completes their 90-day probationary period.


Hop on one of our “FitDesks” to ride while you work or check out a shared bicycle for use around Scottsdale. DAS also wants employees to enjoy a comfortable working environment and will provide proper office ergonomic tools upon request.


DAS offers wellness programs such as weekly group workouts with a trainer and onsite chair massages. DAS also recognizes your hard work through our “culture club” programs such as regular DASventures social outings, once a year “lunch with the CEO” for all team members, company swag store and “DAS Chips” on your DAS anniversary each year, annual contest to win things like car or home purchase assistance and much more!

    This is a work place where your ideas matters! The leadership always embraces feedback and any suggestions for improvements. They allow you to make a difference in your job. There is a clear distinctness between "telling your employees what to do" or "listening to how your employees can be successful". Absolutely NO micromanagement here. People here are amazing, always helpful and motivated grow.


    Not everyone gets a covered parking spot, but personally, I can live with that.

    Advice to Management

    Never stop being so involved. There is no "ground level" here, there is only "team work". Let's always stay that way.
