Employees are eligible for up to 2 weeks of pay for jury duty service. Jury duty pay will be calculated on the employee’s base pay rate times the number of hours the employee would otherwise have worked on the day(s) of absence.
Employees who have exceeded their 90 day robationary period are eligible to receive up to a total of 3 days of paid bereavement leave per year.
STUDENT LOAN ASSISTANCE
DAS is proud to offer assistance to all employees with an option to refinance their loans with our approved partner and when they do receive $300 cash back! For employees that have been with us at least 2 years we also offer up to $150/quarter match funds toward your student loan payments and team leads/managers can receive up to $300/quarter match funds (employees must not be on a PIP and must be employeed for the full quarter to qualify).
PAID PARENTAL LEAVE
DAS provides expecting parents with paid time off to care for and help acclimate their newly born and/or adopted child(ren), this policy applies to full-time employees (working 30 or more hours per week).
DAS covers the monthly membership fees for the Pet Assure program that provides 25% reduction in the cost of veterinary insurance for animals residing at an employee’s home address when using in-network veterinarians. Employees need to have passed their 90 day probationary period, must use the program once a year and pay the application fee to receive this benefit.
OFFICE 365 ACCESS
In addition to the use of company provided equipment, when employed by DAS you can enjoy full access to MS Office on your personal devices including PCs, Macs, Windows tablets, iPad® and Android™ tablets, and most mobile devices. Each user can install Office on 4 additional PCs or Macs, 5 tablets (Windows, iPad, and Android) and 5 phones.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Employees can receive $250 to $1,000 just for referring someone they feel would be a good fit to join DAS! Payment will be made after your referral successfully completes their 90-day probationary period.

Fun culture, fun coworkers, healthy vertical (new car dealerships), not much micromanaging, adaptable processes, good health insurance, a lot of opportunities to stand out and be recognized
Outdated products, high client expectations, tough bonus structure, highish workload, lowish pay for the industry and area
Advice to Management
More of our resources need to be put into developing and automating our existing product offerings. Also, I understand budget concerns but outside of sales, compensation is not competitive enough compared to similar companies. Other than those, good job at making this a place I don't hate coming into every morning.
I applied online. I interviewed at Digital Air Strike (Scottsdale, AZ) in June 2016.
I was reached out to via e-mail at first by a recruiter. They asked me to send over some writing samples and take part in a pre-screening test for social media. It's fairly simple as long as you follow the directions. The interview is very casual, simple questions. There may be an assessment to take at the end, make sure to do research!
