you can pick your own lunch time, about the only pro there
management is terrible, not up to date with competition, never acknowledges positive work and has no good work ethics
Advice to Management
know/ learn about your competitors , listen to others. know what your partners are really doing
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Digital Banking Solutions in January 2011.
Attended 2 face to face technical interviews, and cleared both of them. Went on to the HR interview.
There was a very large time gap between the technical & HR interviews - close to 2 months. Finally, at the HR round some vague response was given - like they need to check for role match and it will take some more time. Another 1 month gap, and then news comes that they wont be offering a role.
Overall experience was very negative and quite demoralizing.
