Digital People looks out for both their professionals and clients equally. We believe in open communication and accessibility to all. When you call Digital People during standard business hours, someone always answers.
Please do not take it personally but as much as we try, we are not always able to provide our professionals the feedback they need and deserve whether it be feedback on a resume, interview or completion of an assignment. We understand the value of feedback but unfortunately, some companies have a policy against supplying such details. Your recruiter will try his/her best to provide you with feedback when we present you for opportunities but it may not always be possible. On the flip side, we will provide you with feedback, from our perspective, on your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and interview skills in an effort to help you succeed professionally.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digital People (Cambridge, MA) in February 2014.
The representative I spoke with was sweet and helpful. She was a recruiting representative so it was her job to place me in jobs that suited my interests and eventual career path. She offered a lot of opportunities and stated what Digital People did, etc. The opportunities seem unstable and more suitable for part-time or freelance work. So far there has been no news or follow up.
