I have been working at Digital Prospectors full-time (Less than a year)
Everyone I have spoken with at Digital Prospectors has been attentive and quick to respond to inquiries. Even the company CEO reached out to me directly when I had a question about health benefits, which was a nice gesture.
I haven't come across anything negative in my time with Digital prospectors.
Advice to Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Digital Prospectors (Boston, MA) in August 2017.
Very courteous, respectful and professional. Honestly it was a pleasure. The interview questions were not trivial. The person asking questions was a seasoned professional. Very intelligent questions designed to get a feel for who you are as a person. Not just what you know technically.
