Best Places to Work: 2019 (#5)
I have been working at Digital Prospectors full-time (More than 3 years)
Amazing people. Excellent benefits to contractors - lots of paid holidays and good vacation time. Semi-annual luncheons are fun and a great way to see everyone. They seem to genuinely care about their employees.
There really aren't any cons.
Advice to Management
Keep up the engagement with employees. It's amazing to see and chat with the management. It makes me feel like a part of the company even though I don't work in the office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Prospectors (Exeter, NH) in July 2018.
Immediate phone call screen went well, group interview within a few days went well, then over a week goes by with no response. After I sent a f/u email, I got a curt response that they changed the position and were searching elsewhere. Typically companies let you know they are going in a different direction and this felt unprofessional.
