Here what our employee have to say about working at DRS...

  • “I enjoy the camaraderie that we have at our office and the contests/activities provided. I have been with DRS for 7 years. I also really like the management team, and that they are there to listen to you or back you up if you need it.” – Michael W., Gainesville
  • "I have been working for DRS for 10 years. The best part of the job for me is the constant changing scenery. Every customer and every home is different. I've had the opportunity to meet a lot of very interesting people." – Erich, Orlando
  • “I have been with DRS for 3 years. There are a lot of benefits working for DRS. You have the opportunity to be your own boss, have a company vehicle, gas card, and smart phone. Not forgetting to mention breakout bounties and SHS commissions. I’m really excited about our new pay scale coming up.  DRS is always evolving with new ideas and policies to provide technicians with up-to-date technologies and practices to be safe and successful.” – Michael N., Gainesville
  • “I joined the DRS family at the end of April 2015 and I never worked for a company that cares for their employees as much as DRS does! I started as a technician and because of my performance and knowledge was promoted to field service manager within 6 months! This is a company that promotes from within and is a place where you can turn just a job into a career!”  – Daniel, Orlando
  • “My name is Jeff and I have been with DRS for almost 5 years and currently work out of the Jacksonville office. DRS is a wonderful company to work for with VERY competitive wages, benefits, and company provided vehicle. Also, with flexible PTO and scheduling, the company allows technicians the time to attend important family functions, which is very important to me.”     – Jeff, Jacksonville
  • "Each year, I am exposed to new roles in which I learn new technologies, contribute to a diverse range of projects and accept new, exciting challenges. Digital Reception Services continues to enable unique career experiences. I have the chance to think outside the box and identify new solutions while continuing to learn and retain ample growth for my position."    – Kevin, Ocala
