I worked at Dillon Companies part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is an accepting environment for most people, and is welcoming of people in a sexual minority and people of all races and nationalities.

    Cons

I found it to be very unwelcoming to people with college degrees. I found a way to shelve things twice an quickly and condition shelves while stocking, and management couldn't understand why I would work so hard for so little money. They decided that I must want to be promoted so that I could steal from the company. This boggled me, so I left.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Dillon Companies (New York, NY).

    Interview

The interview is very long! It's very easy to get a job here as long as you can work any hours which is only 20-25 hours per week to start. The hiring manager that hired me started in the bakery herself and made it very clear that the company wants to hire people that want to move up within the company
