Mission: At Diplomat, we blend clinical excellence with a personal touch—for happier lives and health that lasts.
I worked at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy full-time (More than 5 years)
It's steady with random jobs. Depending on what you're doing, the people you work with can be good. Otherwise, it's like high school.
Under paid. Management says they want you happy, but they don't want to really show it. A lot of work to be done and they're in trouble financially.
Advice to Management
Pay people what they're worth. Don't pay them low Because it's Flint. If you paid them well, they will perform well and be happy..
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy (Flint, MI) in December 2016.
Oh the interview was great .... and full of alot of inflated communication. It's not even worth it for me to go on. honestly, it's a waste of time
