The idea of 'DirectAgents' began as a conversation, an idea, and a strong belief that brothers, Josh and Dinesh Boaz, could start the agency on their own.

I have been working at Direct Agents full-time
1. I'm not sure you'll find many other internships in the digital marketing space where you'll be trusted with as much responsibility as Direct Agents does with their interns, allowing you to learn so much. It really isn't an internship where you sit around, but they expect you to grow, take initiative, be proactive, and will give you all the resources that you need to succeed and learn. If you stay at the company, you'll always be growing and learning new things and if you choose to go somewhere else, you'll be more than prepared to be successful at wherever else you go. You're surrounded by very capable people who know what they're doing and what they're talking about.
2. Everyone is very welcoming and willing to help. You never feel like you're ever bothering anyone if you have questions or want to ask someone for help with something or to teach you about a certain topic.
3. They're very understanding that you're a student and understand that school comes first. If you need to take time off for school, they won't guilt-trip you or anything like that. You just need to communicate with them ahead of time and they're more than willing to give you the time you need to succeed as a student.
It would be nice to have more opportunities to interact and socialize with people outside of the work setting, It would provide opportunities for interns to grow relationships with people outside of their team and also find out how people are like outside of the work environment.
More opportunities for interns to get close to one another. Company paid intern lunches, intern-only events, etc.
This was hands down one of the best interviews I’ve had in my young career. I felt as though they genuinely enjoyed speaking with me. Felt like more of a conversation than an interview. What really stuck out with me was how everyone spoke so highly about one another, and the overall culture. It’s truly a place I can see myself growing.
