Messy. Initial, over the phone, interview went well l. Afterwards, Was invited to fill out a 12 question assessment on a random company’s social media. The interviewer failed to send the assessment within 24 hours so I had to follow up and make sure I got it. Filled out the assessment within the 72 hour period they requested. Heard nothing. 5 days later, asked how they felt about the assessment I filled out— she said she never received it. 🙄 So I resend my completed analysis/assessment the same day. 3 days later I get a rejection email from another lady I never spoke to before. The end.InterviewAnalyze a company’s social media— what are they doing well, what can they improve.
