I applied online. I interviewed at Discord (United States)
Interview
There were 3 total interviews. First was a phone screening with a hiring manager, which normally is with HR. Second was a 1 hour technical interview. Third was going to be a panel interview with some technical and some non-technical questions. After the first I heard back within a day. After the second I did not hear back for over a week and reached out. Received a canned rejection email the next day with no feedback.Complete a function that processes DTLS messages to fit within a buffer size. An issue that was specific to Discord according to the interviewer.
