Pros
Discover Hope was really supportive throughout my time as a BT and even when I moved on to my next job. My supervisor and coach were always there for me, I learned so much and got bcat certified. Being with my clients was so fun and great to see their progress and I will always remember my time with them. Even though it was sad to leave the company supported my goals and I will always look back on this experience as the one that started my career. The kiddos are the best and your team is there when it is challenging.
Cons
Can be challenging to balance with school, but worth it.
