I worked at Disney ABC Television (More than a year)

    Pros

The best job I ever had. Beautiful facilities. Rich history. Theme park perks and health insurance.

    Cons

Same political toxicity you find in any entertainment industry company.

    Advice to Management

I can't really think of any.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Disney ABC Television (New York, NY) in July 2017.

    Interview

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter 2 weeks later for a 20-minute phone screen. The phone screen had normal questions about my previous experience and explaining why I was interested in the role. After the phone screen, things moved pretty quickly. I was contacted the same day to confirm a date and time to have a final round at the headquarters in the upcoming week. The final round consisted of individual interviews with the VP and 4 other Account Executives. The final round was conversational and friendly. Everyone wanted to get to know my personality and I got a lot of time to ask everyone questions about their time at the company (a lot of them have been working at the company for 15+ years). Make sure to know about the media industry and prep for the final round. Found out a week later about the decision made.
