I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Disney College Program (United States)

    Interview

The entire interview process was pretty straightforward. After submitting my application, I completed an online questionnaire, and not long after I scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was timely and efficient, no more than 30 minutes. The interviewer over the phone was very friendly. If you're looking for a more competitive position, like Character Attendant, it's important to steer the conversation towards your skills in those areas. I was notified of my acceptance I believe about a week after my phone interview.
