I worked at Diversified Services Network full-time (More than 10 years)
DSN is a good company that looks out for their people and leadership is wonderful. It has good benefits and provide good opportunities when they become available.
The Home office is slow in responding to inquiries on payroll and other personal matters. DSN does not provide any special perks or employee gatherings or building relationship activities.
Advice to Management
PAY MORE ATTENTION TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFER MORE PERKS AND EMPLOYEE BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Diversified Services Network (Peoria, IL) in July 2015.
Interviewed with representative of DSN first and then an interview with the worksite manager followed. DSN representative followed up with me after the worksite interview and asked for feedback about their interview process. I was kept informed of the hiring process and was ultimately offered the position of Project Coordinator.
