I worked at Divine Dining Group full-time (Less than a year)
there are none that I see and experienced
everything... I'll explain... I was supposedley trained at 1 store a River City Cafe to be a opener for their new River City Cafe store in Socastee. My training was only to the extent of doing prep never learned the line... then went to the Socastee location and 2 days later was let go by the GM who said I was too slow... Im not slow been cooking all my life, with over 30 yrs of experience... found out later that GM was fired... so see what goes around come back to you!!
Advice to Management
learn people skills... stop being rude to employees
