Dixa was created based on an idea among four friends who felt there had to be a better way for brands to communicate and engage with their customers after experiencing countless poor customer service interactions themselves.

Mission: We believe in a different way of treating customers. Brands should treat customers more like friends and less like transactions. Why? Because customers have more options than ever before and they care how they are treated. They want to be seen, heard and valued - just like a ... Read more

    Pros

Not many pros as the technology itself is not ready for the market

    Cons

The HR response on one of the reviews is just typical of this company. Rather than be unbiased the HR response as you can see is emotional and again full of favouritism. They try to sell you a dream and a ''friendship culture'' but as real reviews are now beginning to state this is in fact bogus. You had one manager who couldn't sell and who has now thankfully now been demoted who hires based on looks particularly when hiring women. There is also too much politics in this office for such a small team. If you ''fit'' and the managers like you or you flirt then you fit. If not then you are outcast. If you just look on Linkedin you will see many people have stayed maybe 5 months maybe 6 and then moved on. They make you jump through hoops during the hiring process and also waste many peoples time and efforts - as they did with a friend of mine when hiring. This is a small startup with a solution that cant sell into Enterprise and no one in sales is making money here. Go figure.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and stop being such a messy start up or you will go under soon enough.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dixa (Copenhagen (Denmark)).

    Interview

I found the interview process to be quite extensive. Everything had a purpose though. I felt well informed throughout the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was nice and easy going.

The process took 3 weeks in total. It started off with an e-mail from talent acquisition, from where we scheduled a screening call. A couple days later, I had an in-person interview with the designers, covering some of the stuff I had worked on earlier. I then received a task by e-mail, which I presented to a PM and the design team a week later. Next step was taking a personality test. I was presented the results a couple days later, on a call with talent acquisition. I received a final call the following day, where I was offered the job.
