I have been working at Dixon Valve full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Lots of innovation and great ideas. Opportunities for people to move up who are willing to work hard and be responsible. Best opportunities exist for those who enjoy taking care of customers and are willing to continuously improve.

    Cons

Some employees are negative. Management needs to work at getting rid of the negative attitudes.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dixon Valve (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in November 2016.

    Interview

Real basic interview. It was given by the warehouse manager and the regional manager. Warehouse manager didn't even ask any questions, which was strange because you would be working with him. They had me complete a math test which was also strange because nothing in that position for that company required you to do any math. Asked a lot of "what would you do questions". Overall questions were pretty basic, then they take you on a tour of the building and show you what you would be doing. The offering pay is very low and surprising lower than the industry standard.
