Great training program for new hire MITs and supervisors,very through they make sure you know what your doing before letting you on field to your own store,fair breaks during training but no breaksCons
So far none if you like what you do there will be no consAdvice to Management
Willing to travel part could be taken little lightly and switching employee from store to store can be little more thoughtful since employee customer relation need time to build for best customer
