I have been working at Doodle Bugs! Children's Learning Centers part-time (Less than a year)
I have been at Doodle Bugs for about half a year now and I have enjoyed it so much! It is such a friendly and helpful environment that supports everyone. It is a constant joy to always see smiling faces and children right as you walk through the door. I have never felt out of place or alone since I always have a person to turn to. Employees are always appreciated and shown in so many ways from our faculty facebook, sabres games, and contests! It is a place that I have seen myself grow so much and I cannot wait for more opportunites!
Doodle Bugs can be a bit stressful at times with always being with young children but it is always worth it and you are never alone. Whenever I have faced any stress in a classroom, I was always able to receive support and guidance.
Straight forward, the director asks you about 5 questions and then you go into a classroom to see how well you are with kids, then a lead teacher asks you like 3 similar questions and then you’ll hear back within a few days.
